Cancellation and Refund Policy
Order cannot be cancelled once it gets shipped. If you place cancel request before product gets shipped, we can request seller but cannot guarentee the cancellation. You will be notified with the Cancellation status.
Although we ensure to deliver your Happiness and quality in product, but we have below conditions for return and refund of the product delivered.
- SIZE or COLOR RECEIVED IS INCORRECT: RETURN ACCEPTED
- IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT: RETURN NOT ACCEPTED
- PRODUCT DOESN'T REACH YOU: REFUND ACCEPTED
- We do not guarentee for cases when product is received in torn or damaged condition, but depending upon situation of item received its StreeYug Decision for Refund to be given or not.
Once Return is accepted, you will be notified about the refund via whatsapp or email.
All Cancellation / Return / Refund is approved once the proof are verified by StreeYug. And at last its StreeYug Decision to Accept any kind or cancellation/ return/ refund or not.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
